Yuval Botansky began serving as President of ABD Development Company in 2012 after managing numerous major infrastructure projects in Israel and developing several large resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands and Jamaica.

Yuval brings many years of experience to build upon David Kohn's vision of ABD Development as Central Florida's leading luxury home builder and community developer. He holds his Masters Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management and Structural Engineering. Since opening its doors, ABD has developed nine communities and built more than 1,200 new homes. Today, the firm posts annual revenues that average more than $100 million. Since 1991, ABD Development has been recognized more than 30 times with local, regional, and national awards for excellence in planning, design, construction, and marketing.
